Welcome to the Payment and Access Terms page for the Shopcore platform. This page explains the basic terms that apply to our users: payment, service activation, access to the digital product, and use of the platform.
Shopcore services are provided as part of the activity of Private Entrepreneur Protsiv Nataliia Yaroslavivna, RNOKPP 3101702542, registered at: Ukraine, 02095, Kyiv, Darnytskyi district, Sribnokilska St., building 1/2, apartment 3.
Shopcore is a digital platform for creating and managing online stores. We do not deliver physical goods, because the service is provided electronically through access to the online platform.
After a request is submitted or a plan is selected, we process the user's request and provide access to the relevant Shopcore features. Access may include creating or activating an online store, access to the admin panel, connecting the selected plan, basic store configuration, domain connection, design settings, modules, or additional features included in the selected package.
The activation time depends on the selected plan, the scope of settings, and technical conditions. In most cases, basic access can be provided after payment confirmation or agreement on cooperation terms.
If the store launch requires additional data from the client, such as a domain, logo, contact information, company details, integration data, or other materials, the setup timeline may depend on how quickly those materials are provided.
Payment for Shopcore, tariff plans, additional modules, setup, or support services can be made using the available methods agreed with the client.
Payment by bank details. The user may pay by transfer to the bank details of Private Entrepreneur Protsiv Nataliia Yaroslavivna, RNOKPP 3101702542. The relevant details may be provided in an invoice, message, agreement, dashboard, or another agreed channel.
Online payment. If an online payment provider is connected, the user may pay directly on the website. Online payment can speed up order confirmation and service activation.
Invoice payment. Business clients may pay based on an invoice. In this case, the amount, service period, and list of services are agreed separately.
Tax status. Private Entrepreneur Protsiv Nataliia Yaroslavivna is a single tax payer, group 3, rate 5%, not registered as a VAT payer.
Shopcore may be provided on a one-time payment, monthly subscription, or another periodic payment basis depending on the selected plan or individual terms.
The selected plan defines the available functionality, technical support level, additional modules, integrations, and other services. If the plan requires regular payment, access remains active while payments are made on time. In case of overdue payment, access to some or all service functions may be temporarily limited until the debt is paid.
Additional services may be billed separately, including individual design setup, domain connection, integration setup, product import, additional modules, technical improvements, consulting, or extended support. The cost and timeline are agreed before work begins.
Because Shopcore is a digital product and access may be provided immediately after payment, refund terms depend on the selected plan, the current stage of work, and the actual scope of services already provided.
If the service has not yet been activated or work has not started, the user may contact us to request cancellation or a refund. If access has already been provided, the store has been created, configuration has been completed, or individual work has started, a refund may be unavailable or partial depending on the actual services provided.
After access is activated, users may contact Shopcore support about service operation, store setup, payment, plans, or technical questions.
